Starting in 1990 as a small debt collection agency, Blake today offers the full spectrum of customer lifecycle management services with flexible and innovative solutions including customer data analytics, customer acquisition, customer service and retention, business process outsourcing consumer collections, B2B collections, information technology and Wi-Fi analytics.

Our presence in Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Johannesburg and Namibia is underpinned by infrastructure that supports over 1,700 seats across all sites, with the capacity to expand operations to meet our clients’ needs.

Our approach is to partner with our clients to develop a closer understanding of their business drivers and to develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. In this way we generate lasting business results.

Our recently concluded Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment transaction has transformed our ownership. Today Blake is 51% Black and 33% Black Women Owned and committed to embracing diversity and driving transformation.
