The security risk in running businesses in South Africa is progressively on the increase. A fresh approach to addressing security concerns is imperative.

Merely posting guards no longer acts as a deterrent. An intelligent approach to safety and security is required and a full spectrum of risk-management solutions is needed.

We have an enthusiastic and experienced management team. Our team encourages fresh ideas whilst focussing on the specific needs of clients.

Our track record of success across a broad spectrum of clients speaks for itself. The safety and security of clients’ personnel, assets, property and information is the focus of our business. We achieve this through a variety of tailor-made security solutions based on our wide experience and by embracing new methods.

Services We Offer

New security service interventions commence with a comprehensive site survey and risk assessment conducted by a professional team in conjunction with independent specialists.

The purpose of the survey is to assess the efficacy of current infrastructure, operating procedures and technology used by security personnel to perform their designated tasks competently. The survey enables iMvula to inform the client of the current state of affairs and to update safety and security solutions continuously and therefore manage risks effectively and efficiently. The client is actively involved in the survey and has direct input into risk planning and responses.

Whenever iMvula takes on a new site a systematic approach is followed aligning all processes with the requirements of the client as well as our QMS. A formal project plan is developed in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Risk Response Plan is agreed upon with the client taking into account the full life cycle of risk management from the risk assessment phase, the resource-planning phase, site specific training of officers and managers to deployment and service level maintenance. Specific task assignment is relayed to the relevant departments and support infrastructures to ensure seamless site take-on, decreasing the risk of deviations to the bare minimum.

iMvula sites are in direct communication with our own control rooms, management and response teams or are linked to an independent armed reaction security service provider. This provides our clients with the assurance that we respond to any call for assistance with the skills, resources and infrastructure to manage the incident and provide an accurate account of what happened.

Every security solution, whether personnel or technology focused, requires ongoing monitoring to ensure optimal performance. Our security personnel are monitored continuously using a variety of advanced guard monitoring solutions. We offer systems ranging from real-time internet-based systems that trigger an immediate armed response in respect of any failed patrols to a 24/7 offsite CCTV monitoring of a client site via our control centres.
