Marlene de Bruyn: Faculty People Management and Development Coordinator
Talent recruitment, development and retention are essential variables in successfully implementing the Faculty of Management’ s future fit strategy. Notably, the implementation of the Faculty’s People Development Plan. This requires a steady hand to ensure consistency in the implementation of faculty imperatives within the UJ HR policy framework.
It is our pleasure to announce that Ms Marlene de Bruyn will assume duty as the Faculty People Management and Development Coordinator on 2 September 2013.Â She replaces Alta Beekhuizen who has retired end June 2013.
Marlene was appointed to coordinate HR functions across the Faculty based on solid experience in the HR domain. She reports directly to the Dean and will also serve as the essential link between the Faculty and our HR Business Partner, Ms Constance Mahlangu.
We are looking forward to integrating her unique set of talents into our Faculty.
