Henley Business School

About Henley Business School

Henley Africa is a truly international and triple accredited business school. Henley Business School was founded in the UK in 1945, and has 9 locations across the world, including the beautiful campus in Paulshof, Johannesburg.

Henley is among a group of just 1% of global business schools holding triple-accredited status from the leading UK, European and US accreditation bodies: AMBA, EQUIS and AACSB. These accreditations are recognition for the quality and capability of our faculty and output.

Henley Africa offers NQF Level 5-9 open accredited programmes, culminating in the flexible and family-friendly international MBA. This is a unique pathway from post-matric to masters for working managers. We also deliver co-designed custom programmes to our extensive portfolio of corporate, SME and SOE clients.

Our holistic learning system blends theory with practice to avoid the common linear experience of force-feeding theory to students. This means our students enjoy a business education that delivers insightful business acumen, the ability to master oneself and lead others, with exceptionally relevant and practical theory that is tried and trusted in the workplace.

We are a business school that is a successful business driven by our purpose: WE BUILD THE PEOPLE, WHO BUILD THE BSUINESS, THAT BUILD AFRICA. This clear mission has allowed us to grow 1000% in 8 years, and be twice ranked as the No.1 MBA business school in South Africa. Our purpose is about helping people learn, wherever they are, and in whatever way works best, and not supporting outdated institutions and creating elites. We major in collaborating and building others around us, even, or especially, those that people might think are our competitors. It is NOT a zero-sum game. Life is short. Act. None of our children can prosper unless all of our children can prosper.
