Inhlanzeko Project Management Services is a 100% black owned and managed Facilities Mantainace and Management Company specializing in hard and soft services.
Hard Services are; Civil works, General Building electrical, Mechanical Engineering/Structure and Infrastructure and Property Maintenance for Corporate, Government Departments, Domestic clients and State Owned Enterprises (SOE’S).
In soft services we provide cleaning and catering, for hospitals and corporate clients, for example, cleaning their offices, housekeeping. We also provide industrial cleaning (high pressure cleaning and super sucker), and material handling and plant hire to different industries and mines.
We specialise in events management and coordination for government, private sector and private individuals.
We also have accommodations for doctors and private individuals that work in Industrial Development Zones like Richards Bay, Durban and Johannesburg.
Part of our services also stretches into utilities; in the water Industry our focus is on the supply, installation and maintenance of smart meters. We also provide smart meters supply, installation and maintenance and solar panels for domestic, corporate and government.
We are also invested in Waste Management mainly focusing on transportation, collecting and sorting of waste.
Inhlanzeko Project Management Services is a Close Corporation formed in the year 2000. It has more than a decade experience in the field of the above mentioned services. It is affiliated with all regulatory/statutory bodies in its field of business.
It is accredited with ISO 900: 2008 Quality Management System, ISO 14001: 2004 Environmental Management System and ISO 18001: 2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
This company was established with the primary objective of being an influential player in the Facilities Maintenance and Management sector serving as a vehicle of black empowerment and wealth creation and contributes to the development whilst maximizing returns for the shareholders and rewarding employees accordingly.
It was formed with the intention to skill artisans in hard-services and other fields of its business. We are now employing 174 permanent employees as a company.
The company has operating subsidiaries which are; Inhlanzeko Skills Development and Training, Inhlanzeko Yethu Foundation and Inhlanzeko Property and Investment.
Inhlanzeko Skills Development and Training is accredited with Seta’s with the intention of providing training and the skilling of artisans and trades in various sectors.
Inhlanzeko Yethu Foundation is a non-profit organisation that provides an ICT incubation hub in rural areas with an intention to empower these disadvantaged communities. We aim to equip them with skills that will be necessary for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It provides water services by donating boreholes to communities that do not have water supply.
Inhlanzeko Property and Investment leasing operates with the intention to provide accommodations specifically to individuals that have just joined the job-market e.g. in-services trainees and newly recruited employees who are still at start-up levels.
As Inhlanzeko, we are growing our service offerings by providing non-core services to our various clients. This will allow our clients to focus on their core business. By taking on the non-core business aspects of our clients we create job opportunities for the workforce that belong to level 4 (four) and lower according to Department of Labour classification. It is in these levels that many unemployed people fall under in South Africa, hence the high unemployment rate. As Inhlanzeko we are trying to address this problem through creating job opportunities an skilling this unemployment workforce.
