About SERR Synergy

We provide local and multi-national businesses across a broad spectrum of industries with tailor-made solutions to meet South Africa’s legislative requirements. Our service is all about ensuring the sustainability and success of businesses based on our company motto: “A service to many leads to greatness”.

The business environment in South Africa is continuously changing with the introduction and implementation of new legislation as well as the amendment of existing legislation. To complicate matters even further, this new generation legislation creates an integral web of compliance. All this comes at a time when businesses are already facing many challenges.

SERR SYNERGY was established in 2014 specifically to address the revised Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Codes of Good Practice (B-BBEE or BEE Codes) together with other business legal compliance issues such as:

• Skills Development and Employment Equity
• Labour Relations Act
• The new Companies Act
• Consumer Protection Act
• Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI)
• Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA).

We pride ourselves on being a leader in our field of expertise and therefore we don’t take the synergy in our name lightly. By working in partnership with businesses we ensure that we deliver outstanding service that is both synchronised and affordable to suit our customers’ unique requirements.

Our group of professionals offer a comprehensive range of specialist consulting services with access to: Labour and corporate attorneys; auditors and tax experts; skills development facilitators; SETA-accredited training facilitators, assessors and moderators; human resource specialists; UIF and workmen’s compensation experts; and Learnership programmes.

Dealing with one company that provides this broad spectrum of legal services inevitably reduces overall costs.
